Family Training

Melmark New England is pleased to offer two opportunities for parent/caregiver training for the 2007-2008 academic year! These come at no cost to you. A ten session series titled, “Helping Your Child with Autism Spectrum Disorder” is designed to educate you on how to balance family needs, address family coping, and teach your child new skills within the context of the family. In addition, you have the opportunity to attend single session classes held at least monthly. Topics are wide-ranging and vary from teaching play skills to understanding the DOE/DMR initiative.
