Family Services
Our staff work closely with the families of each of our students by providing:
Training in Applied Behavior Analysis
Arranging school observations
Assisted home visits
Assistance with guardianships, SSI issues, and planning towards adult services

Melmark New England seeks to maintain regular communication with families by quarterly reporting, phone contacts, parent newsletter, and school Open Houses.

Additionally, the program maintains a Parent-Teacher Council that has quarterly meetings covering all pertinent topics of interests to families. The council is comprised of parent representatives.
