Consultation Services

The services of the highly experienced and skilled professional staff of Melmark New England are available on a consultative basis for a variety of behavioral and educational services and can be provided specific to a particular child, topic, classroom, education program or school district.

Our consultation staff members are either master’s- or doctoral-level with an average of 15 years experience working to facilitate positive gains with individuals, as well as systems (private and public schools, home and work environments, and communities). All of our consultants are board-certified in behavior analysis or are board-eligible.

Consultation services include:

Technical Assistance Consultation

Technical Assistance Consultation

Melmark’s consultation team is comprised of senior clinicians with extensive experience and expertise in the design of services for children with autism spectrum disorders and serious behavioral issues. These services are primarily provided throughout Massachusetts and New England but can be provided virtually anywhere. Melmark’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts work with public school district administrators and staff to train and strengthen in-district resources to reduce the need for out of district placements.

Formalized Staff Training

Melmark New England professional staff members are available to share their experience and expertise in customized seminars and training workshops. While many of the trainings listed here focus on the needs of individuals with pervasive developmental disorders, they can be tailored to other populations.
